GearSync is a catalogue for tools and devices. It records what each item is, which kit it belongs to, the specs that matter, and the receipt — whether that is a handful of drills or several hundred assets across a workshop.

It runs on the web, iOS, and Android from the same account, and every screen works without a connection.

An item is a tool or device you own. A kit is the group it belongs to, such as a bag, van, or bench. Specs are the key/value details on the item. Attachments are photos, receipts, and manuals.

Name your first kit, add an item, and fill in the serial and purchase date when you have them. Attach a photo if you want a cover shot. Turn on Pro when you need receipts, custom spec fields, or more than ten items.
