Organising kits | GearSync

Your account starts with one kit, created when you sign up, which you can rename during onboarding. Add more from the kits screen. Each kit has a name, optional notes, and a colour.

Kits are unlimited on the free plan. The ten-item limit is on gear, not groups.

Kits work best when they match a physical place or bag: the van, the camera bag, the site box, the workshop wall. If you would rather leave something ungrouped, items can sit without a kit and still appear in All items.

Deleting a kit ungroups the items inside it; the items themselves stay in your inventory. The change syncs to your other devices. Export anything you want to keep from account settings first.
