Every account starts free with up to ten items, unlimited kits, built-in specs, purchase date, and one photo per item. Offline sync is included. The free plan is limited by size, not by being a trial.

GearSync Pro is NZ$6.99 a month. It removes the item limit, unlocks unlimited receipts and photos, custom spec fields, and warranty or service reminders.

Limits are enforced when you add something new, so you will see a prompt at the moment you reach them rather than being asked to choose a plan up front.

Pro is billed through the App Store, Google Play, or the web checkout you used. Manage or cancel from the same store. Nothing is deleted if you cancel; you only hit the free limits when adding more.

Nothing is deleted. Your kits, items, receipts, and reminders stay visible and exportable; you will only be asked to upgrade again when adding beyond the free limits.
